Service to our customers and to our fellow employees is increasingly important
in the business world today. In the Customer Service Foundations Training Camp,
you will learn the basics and cover more advanced topics of Customer Service
including: discussing the basics of service standards, monitoring service
standards, and understanding how management standards support exceptional
customer service.
This blended-learning program employs outcome-based (Lecture/Lab/Review)TM
